You may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error (e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item), we will also cover the return shipping costs.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of handing over your package to the return shipping service. However, in many cases you will receive a faster refund. This period includes the transit time to receive your return from the shipping service, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
